How long does delivery take?

Delivery on our systems takes between 14-16 working days. Please note 14-16 working days is a guideline, problems can occur in testing which casues a slight delay however if everything goes smoothly in production delivery will be sooner! Delivery is free and the price you see for the PC inclusive of VAT and delivery as well as packaging. There are no hidden charges. Once your PC is dispatched to you, delivery will usually be made between 24-48hrs (excluding bank holidays and weekends) please note the delivery is after you have received your dispatch email. Please note for Ireland, allow up to to four days for delivery!
What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards using Sage Pay (Protx) .We can also take payment from yourselves if you prefer by calling 0844 576 3606.

What do I get for my money?

You will receive a top quality PC built with top quality components not to mention built to a top quality standard. In the box along with your PC you will receive the driver manual and CD pack. Your sales invoice is available online when you log into your account. All software purchased will come with CD and licence unless otherwise stated. All details on warranty for your chosen system can be found online. You will get free technical support for the lifetime of the PC.

What brand components do you use in your systems?

We use components such as Intel, Corsair, coolermaster, ASUS, Western Digital, LG, Samsung, zotac, sapphire and many many more. We ensure that you have a solid reliable PC no matter what price you pay. Don’t be fooled into thinking just because someone pays £300 for a PC it will differ to one that someone has paid £700 for. The solid base with which our systems are built around will never be compromised.
Where are you Based?

We are based in Huddersfield in West Yorkshire and we are an online company we have no retail premises. We have offices where calls such as technical & sales are taken and we also have the technical workshops where builds are conducted on a daily basis.
What is the difference between XP PRO and XP HOME?

The main difference between the two operating systems is that XP PRO is more networking orientated. For more information on this issue you can also visit the microsoft website

What size are the cases?

All the case images and the dimensions will be on the website, take a look at the case images section on the navigation bar.
Do you sell components separately?

We do not sell components separately, we only sell computers as a package. Of course we will supply components to customers who have previously bought PC systems from us... just ask and we will be happy to help.
Can I get a VAT invoice with my purchase?

Yes of course an invoice will be available for download by using your customer log in and password this can be found on the account log in section on the website. If you require or it makes it easier for you we will send an invoice out to your address via the post.
Can I collect the computer?

Although we are an on-line company you can collect the computer if you wish, the PC must however be paid for in full before collection. Please note at least a days notice must be given prior to collection.
How much is delivery? What packaging do you use?

All our prices are included in the final price you pay, there are no hidden charges! Delivery is next day from when we dispatch your computer, and it will be delivered usually between 9AM-1PM, but it can be up until 6PM so please be patient!
Will our PC’s be sufficiently cooled!?

All our PC’s come with at least one extra fan installed in the case for cooling purposes. Our system integrators will also ensure that all specifications don’t exceed recommended temperature guidelines and components are not been over-worked.
Will I void my warranty if I open my case and install my own components?

We allow customers to install their own components as long as you understand that you could void your warranty, your warranty will not be void providing..


• You understand that if the actions of the person installing the components cause damage to the computer, your warranty will be void.


• You understand that if the components you install cause problems with your computer, your warranty will be void.


• You understand that we will in no way support you installing your own compnents or with any problems you have relating to the compnents you have installed.


• You understand that we have over 30 different measures in place to detect if a component has been moved/removed and if you have moved/removed a component, your warranty will be void. You are only entitled to add extra components to your computer.


Basically, if you add a component to your computer and all goes well, you will still have a warranty. In any other circumstance, your warranty will be void.
Can I purchase from overseas?

Yes as long as we receive the funds into our bank and they clear of course. Please note that delivery may take a couple of extra days and we will charge you the extra delivery costs by calling you to take payment. With regards to deliveries to Ireland or the Channel Islands delivery can take up to 48hrs and there maybe an extra charge incurred.
Do I receive all my documentation and drivers?

As well as the PC you will receive what we call a “top box” this is a box for all you manuals, driver CD’s, power cable, DVI adapter and any other peripherals you have ordered with your system!
